Delayed preorders

If we cannot ship by December 8, 2026, you will be offered the choice of agreeing to a delay or cancelling for a full, prompt refund. We will obtain any consent required for the delay.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

We will publish direct support details and instructions for damaged, incorrect or missing items before checkout opens. Please do not mail a return without instructions.
