About this notice
Tat do List is operated by Caroline Cornwell. This notice covers browsing our website, placing an order and contacting us. Our direct privacy contact will be published on the Customer care page before checkout opens.
Orders and messages
When you order, we use the information you provide, including your name, email, billing and delivery details and order contents, to handle the purchase, delivery and order support. If you contact us, we use your message and contact details to respond. Please do not send card details or sensitive personal information by email.
Website and payment services
The website uses WordPress and WooCommerce and is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting services process technical information to deliver and protect the website. Stripe processes payments and receives information needed to process and support transactions, including billing details and the payment amount. Stripe explains its handling of personal information in its privacy policy.
Cookies and store analytics
WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies for account and shopping functions. WooCommerce order attribution is enabled to identify referral sources and campaigns associated with orders. Built-in WooCommerce analytics is also enabled for store reporting. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them can affect sign-in, cart and checkout functions.
Hostinger Reach
The website loads a Hostinger Reach resource from cdn-reach.hostinger.com. The Reach mailing-list integration is not currently connected.
Accounts and comments
Public account registration is currently disabled; existing users can sign in. Where commenting is available, the form requests a name and email, and WordPress handles comment and technical information for moderation. Avatar features are enabled in the site settings and may use Gravatar.
Retention
Our store currently retains account and order information indefinitely unless it is removed manually or in response to a request we can fulfil. There is no automatic deletion period configured for these records or the store’s Stripe-related records. Service providers may retain information under their own policies; deleting a store record does not necessarily delete copies held in backups or by a payment provider.
Your questions and choices
The Customer care page will provide a direct contact for questions about information we hold or requests for access, correction or deletion. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons. The rights available depend on the law that applies to your request.
